Kingbird Farm Internship 2013
Each
year we have an intern from May- November. Please note that we
have filled this position for 2012 but will be looking for an intern
for 2013.
We are a certified organic
livestock and herb/vegetable farm near Ithaca, New York.
The internship includes working and learning with hogs,
cattle, horses,
poultry, greenhouse propagation, marketing, and fieldwork.
Compensation-
minimum wage plus education and housing. Available
May through November (with some flexibility). We are a founding
mentor farm of the Fingerlakes
CRAFT program and our interns are able and expected to participate
in this educational component. We accept
